What We Provide
Design Process
your 1st FREE consultation visit is just the beginning of what will be a very enjoyable process of creating an outdoor space of your dreams. We will guide you step-by-step from the first ideas to the final visit to your garden after it has been transformed. I am passionate about creating beautifully designed spaces to connect people to people..and nature.
BRIEF
This is your 1st consultation visit with your garden designer. I will come and meet you in your garden and spend time with you discussing your ideas, needs and wants. I will gather more details about how you use your garden, what plants and colours you like and build a full picture of you and your dream garden.
Please allow around an hour for this meeting in order to get the most of it. There’s no obligation for you to have your garden fully designed or landscaped after this visit. Following this meeting, a written brief detailing your requirements will be produced and sent to you alongside a design fee proposal. Once approved this brief forms the basis for bespoke design development for your outside space.
DETAIL DESIGN
When you’re ready to take your dream garden to the next step, we’ll make another visit to measure up and take pictures of the existing space. For bigger gardens it may be necessary to arrange a site survey.
Your designer will then start creating a plan for your new garden following your brief and based on the design package you have selected. The design process will take 5-15 working days depending on a size of the space, following which a proposed design presentation will be done in person by your designer.
Please note, we do allow for amendments and alternations after the presentation to ensure you get exactly what you want and more 😊
CONSTRUCTION
We can recommend a number of landscape contractors who will deliver work of the highest quality. Once a contractor has been chosen and construction commences you may choose to oversee the construction process yourself. Alternatively, Coffee Girl Designs can take on project management and make the process stress-free for you. We will organise and attend regular site meetings with the contractor to ensure that the design is built to plan and finished to the highest standard. We will also be on hand to deal with any issues that may arise during the build and make revisions to the design where necessary.
